The following are terms and conditions that will guide both investors and the company generally in the whole investment process. These are prepared according to forex trading risk.

1. Account opening: all investors will be allowed to open their accounts either by using referral link. While opening an account, a person must use his or her own credentials according to the KYC requirements. In case a person goes against the instructions by providing incorrect information, forex invest era will not be responsible.

2. Financial instruments: forex invest era will provide all the profits and commissions from forex trading where by we are expecting to trade pairs such XAUUSD, GBPUSD, EURAUD, ETC.

3. Fees and commissions: all fees and commissions during transaction will withdrawals will be automatically deducted, and these will be updated according to the daily market exchange rates.

4. Risk disclosure: forex market is a market with high volatility in such a way that losses and profits move centrally to one another, therefore, one must study the risks that are involved in forex trading before joining forex invest era. By accepting terms and conditions means one has agreed to any risks involved.

5. Account funding and withdrawals: all deposits will be done automatically through the payment method that one will select according to the country one is allocated. They will be approved and reflect in one account within 12hrs and time will depend on the number of people who will have deposited and all waiting for approval. Request order will be cancelled 12hrs after one has requested deposit without clearing the deposit by paying the actual amount requested

6. Termination and account closure: for any action that will be detected that its going against the platform terms and condition, that action will lead to account burn without re opening it again, such actions like cheating on deposit and withdrawals, any illegal activity, will lead to account closure. But also termination of the contract that has already started countdown will be allowed where the conditions of termination will be as follows: a) we will deduct 50% of the profits made in the period where the contract has been active. b) on the return of the capital, 30% of the capital will be deducted as penalty for termination. c) refund will be processed with 5 working days and pay out will be confirmed and completed.

7. Investment hours: all investment will be done on Monday since it’s the day markets are open from the weekend market holiday and therefore the trading starts on Monday to Friday hence investors contract countdown will start on Monday and investments will be placed Monday. From Monday trading will start as soon as investment starts hence each Saturday profits will be splited as instructed on profit split 15% weekly with contract of 3 months and 70% monthly with contract of 6 months. Minimum investment will be 100$ for investors who will sign a 3 months contract while 300$ for investors with 6 months contract and the maximum investment will be 1,000,000$ for both.

8. Account security: everyone is responsible for his or her own account and account details. any mistakes made in the account registration profile, you have to contact the admin in order to edit the profile. Account password is some one’s secret. Do not provide your password to anyone, any losses in the account due to some one’s carelessness, we are irresponsible for that.

9. Account maintenance: all accounts and the system will be maintained by our technical department, under any circumstance unexpected try to consult the support team to solve the technical problem.

10. Withdrawals and payments: all commission will be withdrawn on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and will be paid within 24hrs and every Saturday investment commissions will be paid and also will be paid within 24 hrs after withdrawal submission due. Payments will be done according to the payment methods updated in the system. In case of any fund losses due to wrong payment methods, forex invest era withdrawal department will not be responsible by anyways.
